Do You Bring Your Own Supplies and Equipment?

Yes, we bring everything needed to make your space shine. From vacuums to natural cleaning sprays, we’ve got it covered—so you can sit back and enjoy the results.

Why Do You Use Natural Cleaning Products?

We believe that a clean home shouldn’t come at the expense of your health or the planet. Our natural products help us leave your space and the world cleaner than we found it. We also use reusable bottles and cloths instead of single-use plastics, cutting down on waste rather than just moving it around.

How Do You Handle Fragile or High-End Items?

With extra care and attention. We treat your belongings as if they were our own. We’re also fully insured, so you can have peace of mind knowing your home is in trusted hands.

Can I Book Recurring Cleanings?

Absolutely! Many of our clients choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings to keep their spaces consistently fresh. Recurring visits help us get to know your home’s unique needs—and give you that “just cleaned” feeling all the time.

Do I Need to Be Home During the Cleaning?

Nope! Many clients prefer to give us access while they’re at work or out enjoying their day. Whatever makes you most comfortable works for us.

How Long Does a Typical Cleaning Take?

Most cleanings take a few hours, depending on the size of your space and how often it’s cleaned. For example, a regular biweekly clean in a smaller home will be quicker than a first-time deep clean in a larger one. We’ll give you a personalized time estimate so you always know what to expect.

Are You Insured?

Yes—we’re fully insured. Your home and belongings are always protected when you work with us.

What’s Your Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy?

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer your spot to someone else.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service price. We completely understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to work with you—but we also value and protect our team’s time.
